Salon Policies

By booking an appointment at MANE THE SALON, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

  • Please be aware that prices displayed on our booking system are an estimate only. Extra product will be charged for longer/thicker hair types.

Deposits

  • All services will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure appointments. Your deposit will be deducted automatically from the service.

  • Deposits are transferrable in the case of rescheduling when given more than 24 hours’ notice of rescheduling. 

Appointment Changes

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when wishing to change the type of appointment you are booked in for. Requests to change appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will still incur the original booking fee.
    For example, if you are booked in for a full head of foils and wish to change that appointment to a half head without giving appropriate notice, we are in our right to charge you for the original appointment you had booked.
    We will do our best to accommodate you for any changes you wish to make to your appointment, however we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please contact the Salon on 0458 475 833.

  • Late arrival may result in your appointment needing to be adjusted, in this case, the original booking price will still apply.

  • Arrival 15 minutes or more late may result in the appointment being classed as a ‘no-show’ to which a ‘no-show’ fee of 100% of the booked appointment will apply.

Cancellation

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service or a loss of your booking deposit.

  • Cancellations the day of/no-show will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booked service.

Service Guarantee

  • At MANE, we pride ourselves on our quality of work, products and techniques. We provide thorough consultations prior to all services and endeavour to ensure all clients are 100% satisfied with their service.

  • We cannot guarantee you will achieve your dream hair instantly; however, we will always have you leaving the salon with a beautiful cut, colour and style. In the unlikely occasion that you're unhappy with your service; MANE offers adjustments for a two-week period following your appointment.

  • Adjustments will not be complimentary if contact with the salon is longer than two weeks after your service. This does not apply to change of mind.

Etiquette

  • Please be mindful when entering our salon without an appointment that we may not have the ability to accommodate you right away, however will we be with you as soon as possible. If you would like advice on retail, please message the Salon on 0458 475 833 where we will happily schedule a time to accommodate you.

  • Due to our small space, we kindly ask you not to bring extras along to your appointment. This policy has been put in place to avoid any safety issues as well as ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients in a relaxing and professional atmosphere. We may not be able to perform your service if this is the case.
